Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information AI Counter uses to provide counting, purchases, reliability, security, and advertising where enabled.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Photos and count records

Photos you capture or choose are processed on your device for object counting and review. AI Counter does not upload those photos to our servers for object detection. Saved count records remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Account and purchases

Normal free use does not require a purchase account. If you sign in to buy or restore Premium, Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication are used to connect your account. Google Play, the App Store where applicable, and RevenueCat may process purchase, subscription, transaction, and entitlement information. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

App operation and diagnostics

AI Counter uses Firebase services for app configuration, analytics, crash diagnostics, app integrity, authentication, and delivery of app/model resources. These services may process technical information such as app or device details, app-instance identifiers, feature events, integrity signals, and crash information. Our custom analytics are designed not to include your counting photos, email address, payment-card details, or purchase receipts.

Advertising

Where advertising is enabled, AI Counter may use Google AdMob and Google privacy messaging services. Advertising services may process device or app identifiers, IP address, general device information, and ad interactions to deliver, secure, and measure ads, and to personalize them where permitted. Where required, privacy choices are presented in the app.

Why information is used

  • Provide counting, downloads, history, review, and export features.
  • Validate and restore Premium access.
  • Keep the app reliable and secure.
  • Understand feature usage and improve the product.
  • Deliver and measure ads where enabled.

Service providers

AI Counter may use Google/Firebase, Google Play and Google Sign-In, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and Apple/App Store services where applicable. Their privacy terms apply to information they process.

Retention and deletion

Local photos, count records, settings, and downloaded counting resources remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

If you create a purchase account, you can delete your AI Counter account from the app or request deletion through our account deletion page. Limited purchase, entitlement, diagnostic, security, or legally required records may be retained where needed for purchase validation or restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You control which photos you use and whether to save, export, or share results. You can manage subscriptions through the applicable app store, delete your AI Counter account when one is connected, and use advertising privacy choices when presented.

Security, children and changes

We use reasonable technical safeguards and try to minimize the information needed to operate AI Counter. AI Counter is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not designed for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change.
